Homeless Outreach Program Integrated Care System (HOPICS), a Division of Special Service for Groups, is a multi-service agency that strengthens households in Service Planning Area 6 (SPA 6) which includes South Los Angeles, Compton, Lynwood and Paramount. HOPICS has been serving vulnerable men, women, and children since 1988 and has deep roots in the community. We host a comprehensive menu of services that affect multiple pieces of the continuum of care.
